This is amazing! I always pictured in my mind how beautiful this would sound on a classical guitar, and here it is! I never knew this version existed. Thank you for posting!
On the 1971 Dark Shadows' TV show THIS song was entitled: "Joanna's Theme" On the TV show flashback to 1840 this song was used for the character of Joanna Mills whom was in love with married Quentin Collins. When her character was thought to be dead, her sister Daphne ( Kate Jackson ) showed up to investigate her possible murder The version in the Night of Dark Shadows' movie used the version with the harmonica making is sound very sad lonely and mellow
This is why I love UA-cam! Look for all that music you love and never could find and there it is. WHERE DID YOU GET THIS ALBUM!! I didn't even know it existed until just now. I kept looking for this piece through all four volumes of the Dark Shadows soundtrack albums and it was never on them. I always thought this was a beautiful piece and it is wonderful to finally hear it without the dialogue and sounds from the movie. Thank you!
Really like that guitar instrumental.
