It’s never easy for a book series to make its way onto the screen, but the Harry Potter movies are so perfect that they seem completely real. While the movies weren’t able to capture every little corner of Harry Potter’s magical existence, there’s no doubt about the fact that they included almost all of the most important information. So in today’s video i’ll be showing you some of the small details and easter eggs in the movies that probably went unnoticed.

I'd like to mention an important foreshadowing detail from The Prisoner of Azkaban book in regards to Snape and Lily. When the dementors make Harry remember Voldemort killing Lily, Voldemort gives her a chance to spare her own life if she lets him kill Harry. He says, "Stand aside, foolish girl!" or something to that effect. But when you think of it, it makes little sense when you are first reading it when you consider that Voldemort wouldn't just offer to spare the life of a muggle-born witch or wizard. However, it makes once we find out more about Snape's past. I can't remember exactly, but wasn’t it revealed that he had requested of Voldemort to spare her life? Looking at that, the dialogue in that scene makes a lot more sense.

Actually...you can form long term memories as early as 9 months old. Traumatic memories tend to be remembered very early as well because of the impact they made on the child. So it makes sense that he would remember his mother dying in front of him.

I hate to bring the programme to an adult level, but, when I kiss someone or make out with them, our toes meet toe to toe, be it foot or shoe. There's only one time that I can think that one pair of feet would be together, and the other pair would be splayed, as they were.

@@callmeishmael2415 Well there is that...the distinct possibility we have dirty minds...but you are correct, there are several different situations that two pairs of feet can be in that position. Look at the curtain scene in American Beauty, it's all in the perspective.
