Yayyy, more vlog please! Would be super cool to see behind the scenes from tour life 😊🛺🎶
I really like this type of behind the scenes video. My basic takeaway is: overprepare, take 5, and then prepare some more 😂
This is amazing! Keep doing BTS and vlogs. Knowing how to prepare for performing is the important thing that’s not taught enough
BTS 'vlogs' sound pretty awesome. I find it interesting to see the things that occur and how everything is put together. Also, am quite curious about that hot sauce!
Solid video. And the fried headband on those M50s is so identifiable.
tour vlogs, yes please!
hii! yess show more pls! thanks for sharing a lott! Big hugs from Argentina!
From 1 multi instrumentalist 2 another, gracias and keep on truckin in da new world 🌎 〰️➰〰️👑🎼🧜🏼♀️
This was both interesting and inspiring. Would love to see your vlogs from the tour. Thank you!
Can you talk about the business side of this? Advancing, riders, negotiating the offer, how much to pay your tour manager, determining profits etc
TRAGIC! You already played in Texas 🥲
10/10 would watch tour vlogs!!
I'm traveling back to Phx, mid-June. Will definitely catch your show.
Everytime I see a video like this I feel thrilled to get back to Ableton and just produce something..love your vibes, baddie ! Cheers
Hi bad sacks hope u have fun on the tour!
Dont Worry Lucille, you are a Musician and we are here to listen your music.....
I toured from 2016 until 2018 with the Roland SP 404SX. It never gave up on me. The battery feature was great and being able to have a 2nd back up SDHC card really helped. Also having a EQ high pass filter option so I could adjust for different house PA systems Made this unit a total winner for me. Thanks for the video
good luck on tour! thanks for putting this together this will be so cool to look out for at the CO set
Very cool! Thanks for sharing
Dude, i really need this kind of video! i saw you in El Paso a ways back, and i just want to get my music to that level
yaaa vlog! loved this and your style :)
Love the vlog style xx
Good luck on tour! Of course we all would love BTS and tour vlog videos, if you had the time for them!
Always love to see vlogs like this! It’s so cool to see other musicians process in preparation for shows. Please continue on the road!
More vlogs! This is seriously so cool
There's so much detail involved in a live performance like this. Super cool!
So inspiring! Happy touring, hope to see you perform in SF 🙌
Thank you for not only showcasing the highlights, but also the struggles. Making music is so fun but it is also very hard sometimes.
Love this type of content. Thanks for making it!
Thanks for this personal look behind the scenes. Enjoy your tour!
So cool to see the tour prep. Thanks. Looking forward to seeing you live in Montreal on Friday. It’s going to be a great show!
absolutely film from the road!!!
One day I swear I'll catch you live but until then keep up the amazing work. I also would love to see some vlog updates from the road too! Good luck and have some awesome shows!
It's quite interesting to see how a touring musician gets ready for a tour. All the little Ableton tips were appreciated as well! Thank you for sharing! Good luck on tour! : )
You gave one of the best hype talks I've ever heard in Brooklyn earlier this week.
"Who like jazz?"
*crowd cheers*
"Who likes keys ... played very well?"
*crowd cheers again*
"Who like tritone substitutions?"
*crowd goes absolutely wild*
Thanks for sharing the experience. I have to pack soon as well. My job will keep me on the road for about a year. Putting my stuff in storage too.
Kinda feels good knowing I’m not the only one. Safe travels and keep us posted. Enjoyed the video
Saw your show in Brooklyn last night you CRUSHED IT 😵💫
I wish you the best of luck on your North American tour. Please take good care of your health on the road.
Good luck on the road…vlog if you have time, it’s always cool to see other peoples experiences on the road!
Good vibes for tour!!! I always love seeing your process, would be cool to see more BTS like this if you feel energized to make it!
Awesome...hope you film from the road...
great behind the scenes! I think it's great you've shown how much work really goes into this stuff. Gonna try and catch your set in Salt Lake!
this is one of the most inspirational videos I ever watched
Awesome update and sneak peak into your prep process. Would love to be able to catch you live, but i´m way over in Norway so that won´t happen. Good luck with the move, and yes PLEASE to tour vlogs, would love to be able to follow you around and see the different stuff you´re experiencing and dealing with. Thanks for the inspiration, and happy touring!
Custom hot sauce and keeley pedal. Touche👌
I appreciate this video so much! I have been workshopping a similar kind of hybrid electronic system for live and this was super insightful.
super inspiring! thanks for offering a glimpse into your process. hope to see you live if you ever play a show in the bay area!
LOVE VLOGS! This is amazing and interessting!
Please plan a Florida spot on your next tour. MidFlorida Credit Union Amphitheater in Tampa is a fairly dope venue
Brilliant wee vertical slice of the preparations, headspace and all the rest - thanks for sharing! Of course would be cool to get some of the ‘during’ and ‘after’ thoughts, feels, learnings too. Cannot believe you were moving sorta simultaneously: I’d have been a hot mess!
Have a great tour😎
Thanks this is sick to see!
Thanks for sharing! I'm trying to figure out how to perform live as a solo electronic musician right now! It gives me some some comfort and confidence to see your process.
Haha , you just described a supa Gypsy life Señorina 🧘🏻〰️➰〰️🎼
Experienced some heavenly tritone subs tonight in Toronto sending much love 🙏
This is so cool. Lol i just decided at 33 that life isnt working so i am going to focus on learning how to use Cubase and music theory.. i know nothing and have spent about 15 hours a day for the last couple months ttying to teach myself. Much pain, much fun.. much lessons haha
ummm I want the hot sauce NOWWW
With over 106K subs I think you're a UA-camr 😂 Keep up the great work!
Road vlog hell yeah! Hope I can make it to the Chicago show!
Saw you at Sinclair yesterday! It seemed like your live instruments were kinda not cutting through the instrumental , but I was so surprised how beautiful your voice was! I really liked your last song (don't wanna spoil the name of the song here) and I wish to see it on Spotify soon :)
Wow this is a gold mine of info! Thanks for putting this together for all us noobs =D
Yes, please vlog from the road.
Would also like to see a vlog from the ToUr!
very inspring!
Ohh best luck for the tour!!!
MOAR ✨
This is the main thing that I want to see that isn’t out there! 👏🏾👏🏾
That is one well-used set of headphones 😁 it's awesome - great see someone use studio gear that much. My studio headphones look brand new because I've barely used them 😭
That's such a smart way of using the sp404. I've been struggling with finding a good use for mine, but this would be perfect for me
More vlogs on the road is great idea!
Super interesting vid! Would be well interested in seeing some on the road videos. I’m seeing Anomalie in London, gutted you’re not supporting him there 😢
Great stuff! I'm looking to do the same (solo artist with looping in ableton) in 6 months so this rundown was just in time!
BTS vlogs from the tour would be awesome!
love the vlog style video
Coooolll
BTS vlogs would be great!
definitely record "go on the road" thing ;)
2:19 Bag o’ snacks in a Bad Snacks video!
6/3 at Lincoln Hall in Chicago. They only do GA, which I can’t do. Shame. :-(
Not sure if this is doable but it would be REALLY cool if even just for one song we could watch you perform either POV, from the side or behind you to see what changes you're making/what's automated and what's not/etc. I'm gonna try and make it to the LA show hope everything goes off without a hitch!
Aw yea, BAD SNACKS ALL DAY.
Have an amazing tour!!! If you are ever willing and able to sell that hot-sauce on bandcamp I'd buy some haha. Stay safe 😷 and with all that byootiful gear please be wary of increased car break-ins lately (not least of all in SF, it's been real bad -_-) BTS vlog-ness would be awesome if you have time/energy to spare!
Nice set up , I am sure there going to another controller that can do everything in one , rather than setting up different ones , less is more.
You have a place I. ATX , tx if ever traveling through for festival’s 🎼👑
cooooooool
This is sooo Interesting!! Thanks a lot! And i have a question since your live at Red Rock!
You only have two out puts to send to the Sound Tech Guy?? ( Your sp404) So that mean he has not much option to mix with right? Did you have some trouble with the mixing in live perf some time?
It must be why you are very hard on the mastering but did you think about having a multi-track set up to send to the tech guy?
i love you 😍
WOOOOOOOOA
💪🏿💪🏿!!! I plan to make the Kansas City show!!!
yeeEEEEee see u there!!
@@badsnacks Yepper!!!
Please do videos of the on the road experience and performances
Does anyone know the difference between putting omnisphere (or any other plugin) in the instrument rack and putting it on a separate track (with an external instrument in the inst. Rack)? In the last ableton gig video she was using the VSTs on separate midi tracks…
Thank you all, and thank you for this amazing video!
more vlogs!
vlog from the road! also Stardew Valley streaming!
If you can get some footage and stuff on the road that'd be great! I know how draining just regular tour stuff can be though so don't force it :)
That hot sauce looks good..will you sell this online or concert only....????
do you have extra stage hands/people to help you setup for load in/out? im currently running through the same process and being in charge of my own mic/guitar setup, a playback system, an IEM system, and multiple midi controller instruments for an Ableton session is WAY too much to handle for 1 person lol
where can I get the hot sauce from ? : ) also is it hard to master your tracks in the room you are in ? doesn't seem like treated?
When you automate your knobs in Ableton does it save it to that project or do you have to set all of your knobs and faders back up each time you go to play a show?
I've seen that tape recorder in almost every studio on UA-cam. What do you use it for and what company is it made by?
That audio is like WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE hahahha :)
Please vlog from the road!
Question... how many times did that monitor fell over?
Totally Vlog
