Belt Sander Fix

Got a belt sander at an estate sale that did not work. I could hear is buzzing but would not start turning without my assistance. Replaced the capacitor....good as new!

I bought a small band saw with the same problem. Salvaged a capacitor from an old ceiling fan with the same rating, and It works great now. Just subscribed to your channel, having searched earlier for JavaJig information. Sweet...
