Nevermind I found the 2 long shoulder bolts on the opposite side

I'm trying to take the cover off for the motor it seems like there's some kind of clip on the bottom by the belt I don't want to break it?

I can see where one of my brushes are bad I wish you had more detail on how to take that out. Also what kind of place would I go to get a new one?

I have a Skil 7510. I can plug it in and press the safety button in and pull the trigger but it doesn't spin. There's 3 separate lights by the safety button. I get 1 out of 3 lights coming on when I press the safety and trigger but no action.
I had this thing running and used it a few times. Then put it up and tried it again years later and have these issues.
May or not pull it apart to try to fix it. It was a pawn shop purchase 3 years ago so.....

I have a Skil 7313, looks much like yours. I need advice about tracking the belt. It spins right off. There is no tracking "knob", it's just a screw with a spring that sits against the metal side of the roller. Wth?? Not really self evident (to me) how it should 'fit' against there. Help!?

Turns out a wire, in my dad's switch, came loose from the pinch point after 20 years.
