@Wesley Maxfield Hmm...there WAS a train carrying tanks....or are you talking about on the streets? If you're talking about on the streets - THAT has happened here in So Cal. There was that idiot a few years back who stole a tank from an Army Reserve base in San Diego and go on a driving/damage spree.
