we just started early intervention. I didnt know how a 23 month old should be, but this video made me realize she is a whole year behind. she just started walking last month, and hasnt said her first word yet.
I saw this video and started singing twinkle twinkle and my toddler started singing it out of nowhere. I used to sing this awhile back but it had been awhile and he’s never sang along before. But I guess it caught on now that he can speak. Amazing!
We read the book 'good night moon' to my boy since he is 3 month old. One day afternoon at the playground (can't remember which month, maybe 10 month old), he stared at the sky and said moon. I looked at the sky, the moon is there. Big surprise!
@@jeffreyluo7277 that’s awesome! My son hated that book when he was younger but I started reading to it a few months ago and now he’s 21 months and can read along with me. He knows pretty much the whole book! Kids at this age are amazing.
Awww I am feeling happier after watching this video. My toddler is exposed to four languages and says more words in Danish than any other languages. Yesterday started to sing "twinkle, twinkle".
I love all your videos. I think I'm going to try some of these activities and make a video about it too. I'll make sure to give you a shout out when I do.
Thank you so much! We’re so glad you have enjoyed the videos and activities! We can’t wait to see your video when you make it! Be sure to tag us so we can see! ❤️ Sending lots of hugs your way!
So much I loved about this haha!! Christian singing Twinkle, and when he says your ears are “happy”. 😂 also your hair is getting long and it’s so beautiful!!! Love you sis as always. ♥️ excited for our vlog coming up! Love the sit-down and activity format! 😉
Awh! Thank you so much! I just had to include all of twinkle twinkle because I love it so much! 😍 And yes! So looking forward to our collaboration video! It’ll be bomb! 💣 🙌🏻 Love you!
You are such a great mom but these kind of videos are harmful. Not every 23 month old will do this these things. I have 2 kids and they did everything at completely different times. My son at 2 didnt recognize anyone up until 3 Y/O. Stop saying kids should do certain things by certain age. An age range is important but not a certain age. 2 kids , they both did things at two different times and all turned out great. This is doing more harm than good and every kid will do their own thing at their own time. God bless
Thanks for sharing your comment. My son is 23 months and not saying anyone's name and not saying much words in general either. He got evaluated but not diagnosed with anything but he is still eligible for intervention because he has a communication delay. Your comment makes me feel better though that there is nothing wrong with kids speaking later.
I understand your opinion but to say this is more harmful than good...?? I will have to disagree. It's subjective really....because for me personally these videos have been super helpful. And every single mum out there has been told over and over again by doctors, childcare providers, relatives etc even the people who make these videos- don't compare your kids with other kids. That being said, how is this helpful you may ask...well sometimes when you want to work on certain skills with your toddler there are just not enough resources showing you exactly what is developmentally appropriate and what activities to partake in. So videos like this are awesome! FREE detailed information about what is developmentally appropriate for your child...doesn't get better than that. If you are comparing your child with any other child (including their siblings) you have a problem but if you want to find activities to help your child in certain areas then this is gold. You can take what you like and leave what you don't. AND even when you visit the doctor they check for certain milestones eg. Number of words your child can say and this is normal its just a guide to see how well your child is developing so that if there is early intervention needed it is done. Even if your child doesn't hit those milestones it's ok and guess what that's when you can refer to videos like this for ideas on how to work on those milestones. And I think she made it pretty clear that they can be for kids younger or older than your own child...these are just a guideline really. Don't stress and compare your kids to this child ...just take the good info and put it into practice. What you don't like or think your child can do at that given age-leave. I hope I've given you a different perspective 🙂

Same for my grandson he’s 22 months and is not walking yet unless he has a toy walker
Don't feel bad I'm sure she was way ahead in other areas
My 21 months old recognise almost all colour and more than 30 animals and birds plantes . He can recognise his rhyme in books

These kind of vedios are harmful to moms like me because my 1st child did all these but my 2nd child didn't 🥺🥺🥺
