What do you think our next boat job should be? Finish our head door? Install our back up auto pilot? Install Port Lights... apart from finishing up our water maker of course! Any and all of these jobs will be exciting to watch. Since I'm big on safety I would say in order back up autopilot, port lights and head door but I sure trust your jugement and decisions.
In my wast experience on marine sanitation systems I found that the only reliable system is the seat hanging over the side of the vessel. keeping it clean is very easy, provided it is on the leeward side, and in certain sea condition you get the extra benefit of bidet.
Don't change to saltwater for your heads unless you like clean out the outlet hose every year. I've lived aboard for 43 years. the first 30 I suffered the smell and cleaning job not realizing how much better a freshwater head is. You have a watermaker, make it happy and use it. You'll be happier.
Old timer tip: Put a piece of Camphor block in your tool box and your tools won't rust. My Grampa was a Tool & Die maker and he had a block of camphor in each tool tray. Cheers! Rick & Lori
Boy was that an update for the loo. Don't forget to put up a sticker that says "Don't push buttons while on the toilet" so there are no accidents with guests! Great work you two. Take care, stay well and my vote is to get the auto pilot done.
Good job. The shower/head sliding door project can wait. Weather dependant jobs (port lights) and essential for sailing jobs would take priority, in my opinion. Cheers. P.S. nothing wrong with concurrent projects!

There's nothing like a proper throne to sit on. You're right about the Jabsco type of non-return. Remember, the jobs not finished until the paperwork is done.
You gotta love technology... I can see future toilets with controller boxes with bluetooth technology. You'll be able to monitor how big the poop is as it travels into the tank. Yep, it'll have graphic capabilities as well. Lol. Good job guys.
Another GREAT video. When you Guys head to Namibia. Check out Spencer Bay. You need to get a permit in advance, to go onto the Island. Check our Delos episode 146 about 9min in. Have Fun.
I would get all the outside jobs done weather dependent and do the inside jobs when the weather are not so good. Or if that doesn’t work chuck the todo list in a hat and have a luck draw out of the hat

Hi you can soak your rusty tools in clear vinegar for a few hours and it will take some of that rust off
