I've been learning about setting Goals, and I find this video very rewarding on the subjects we are learning and practicing in college right now, very interesting and it's very self explanatory for everyone.
I use this video for my high school Physical Education class. It does a very nice job of explaining how to set goals. There is 1 issue with the final goal. The word "want" should not be included in a goal. The person who writes the goal already wants to achieve what is written after the "want" thus the goal in complete. Tell us what you will know or be able to do by the time frame you set!! Other than that, thanks for the video!

Excellent! I'm a life coach and I don't always find that people get the A and the R correct. Often they say Attainable and Realistic. To me those are the same thing. I use this video to help my clients because a goal that people won't loose track of and forget about is one that is Relevant to their Vision and Mission. If retiring at 50 is important to vision and mission, then it will be accomplished because there is a passion for it.
