If anyone tries this, I hope the soldering tip has enough resistance to prevent over discharging the battery and causing it to explode.. not to mention the fact that the push button used in this video would pretty much instantly melt and the contacts would burn off unless a mosfet or relay were used. This is bs

no push button not melt. i passed 2 amps and it not melt. 2 amps will not explode a battery. also discharged battery not explode.

The pcb is TP 4056 it's a 18650 charging module and the battery itself is 18650 lithium ion battery the bit used is called 5v soldering iron bit and the button is push button

It’s called a mosfet and the thing on the back has that built in and what causes explosion and it’s far from that is two things battery extremely low or the cap on the battery becomes shorted those batteries don’t explode I’ve used 1000s and the charger is a slow charge the tp405 also has built in for checking for short circuit called short circuit protection if you get that battery to explode ur smoking crack there go ahead and show me a li ion battery explode I’ll show you a ni-mh battery explosion tho
