I decided not to live like modern society many years ago, make do with what you have. I honestly have no debts and everything I have I own even if it's an old nugget 🤣 sidenote, I've used the nugget golf to work for 2 days now she runs great 👌
Looks like a very good example of a Mk4 and you are making it your own! I had a feeling you were gonna get alloys for it sooner or later! Good one!!
She's a bit rough around the edges but generally pretty clean, ideal for a winter daily.
Oh yeah I was on the lookout for some alloy wheels before I purchased it 🤣

I think Avus 2’s would look good on it. A nice little OEM upgrade maybe.. I think I’d do it if it was mine anyway.
I could of had set with mint tyres a few weeks back for £50, ideally I want some 17s.
@@meatmanifesto that’s fair enough. I’ve got 17’s on my Polo. They look rather nice, and better handling. But does make the ride a tad stiffer.
Yeah with the current 14s she is super smooth. I've had 18s on a few MK4 golfs, definitely a harsher ride.
I saw one of your older videos on your golf waggon where you got a mapped ECU. Would you do that to this car? Not sure how much it would change it considering it's only a 1.4. But maybe it would be nice to get a bit more power out of it? Great video again mate 😁
To be honest I don't think it would be worth it on this 1.4 nugget 🔥 I will be getting my 1.8T GTI tuned at some point 😁 glad you enjoyed the video dude
@@meatmanifesto I've been looking at getting a ECU upgrade for my waggon. For your 1.8 will you do the same again and get just a ECU or will you take it to a shop and get it properly tuned?
@NamesJustJack mine is the older AGU ECU so will need taking out from the car for tuning unfortunately.
