Oh yes would love one of them, but the price of fuel to run them is a different story 😔
I have a 1.8t 180 octavia vrs. Since I've had it (10) years it has been unhappy on hard acceleration pretty much since I got it and the previous owner mentioned the same. Over the years it's had coolant sensors, maf and map sensors, turbo and has been checked for boost leaks and vac leaks. It doesn't burn oil or use water and sounds sweet. Any ideas anyone. A lad I know reckons his did the same and a set of plugs cured it. Mine has had new plugs and coils. Could it still be a plug issue I wonder 🤔. Thoughts anyone ?
Have you replaced the N75 valve?

@james011974 I have read that these engines are quite fussy with spark plugs. My other 1.8T can be a little temperamental, juddering etc. I will be replacing the plugs on that soon.
