What exactly is the correct oil to use in the manual transmission? Ive read its 75w-90 synthetic gear oil but want to be sure. I have a 2014 v6 camaro with the manual trans, and all the owner’s manual says is “contact your dealer” which is the dumbest thing ever lol. I guess GM let the dealer put the fluid in
Man that is happened to my sweetheart I getting accustomed (1and 2 but 3 grind or slip our jump out!... 4 and 5 smooth nice and 6 is we just high end highway star! haha!.. hope you guys get that!) ... In fact the last time my bother " the mechanic... no really" drove it he thought what did you to the clutch? I told him gears were not engaging and and almost grinding! She is going on fairly low mileage... (she just passed 60k) Does she need a transmission oil change, I sold cars at the dealer I got her from?! I would think yes but seeing that you are experts I would like to know for sure before spending that is almost intangible working part time... but .. I have no kids or other avenues at this point, so I want to take care of Renee the best I can (that is here name by the way Red Hot Renee) Sorry for the long book I wrote here ... I appreciate any response....
thats not correct as per the service manual that is not the drain plug, it is the fluid level check plug there two plug one left one right refill and drain from 2017 no one correct this

As others have noticed.The 1st plug you mentioned is the side fill plug not the drain plug.The drain plug is on the bottom.

Dot 4 brake fluid
