The Latest Narrowboat From Knights Narrowboats "Our House' | Knights Narrowboats

Hi again and welcome back to the Knights Narrowboats UA-cam channel! Hopefully everyone is keeping well. This is the latest build from Knights Narrowboats, it’s a 65 foot square cruiser stern narrow beam boat. Painted in two pak paint with a two tone grey and a Kawasaki green handrail and coach line. To the stern of the boat there is an outside table and back lockers with cusions on for the summer and at the front a large front deck with the water tank below and a Vetus bow thruster. The boat is a reverse layout, spacious kitchen with a large domestic sized oven and a 5 burner domestic hob. To the right of that is a pop up electrical socket. A microwave built in on the worktop also. The dinette is a raised pullman with space for two people when made into a bed with a solid oak table. Underneath one side of the dinette is a cooler box which is built into the bilge of the boat to have the cold air from the bilge coming up into the cooler box. This is fully insulated all around so no cold gets into the boat. Large living room with a centre stove and a cupboard next to it with shelves and on the port side, a tv unit. Into the bathroom there is a counter top ceramic basin and a large quadrant shower. The toilet is a Thetford cassette with a china bowl. The bedroom is interesting in this boat because there are two single beds and over head of one of them there is a large 6 foot cupboard, and right at the front there is two large 4 foot wardrobes. All doors, front, back and both sets of side doors are solid oak. The windows are Caldwells bond in windows with a tint on the outside, this still leaves the boat very light inside and gives the boat a lovely look from the outside. These windows are brilliant and don’t cause any condensation.

I like the cruiser square back style. It makes total sense to me especially when fitted out to be a drinking/dining area. I am amazed it is not done more often.

Our home no 20 is a great boat many good innovations the euro back brilliant the thoughtfully placement of the microwave oven instead of jammed against the ceiling great midship fuel stove smart move
It's good to see a company thinking outside the square well done lovely boat

Wow, another stunning boat, a fantastic design of the interior, talk about a boat with everything, I’m over in Australia now but I remember walking along the banks and fighting brothers as to who did what at the locks, but on an older boat nowhere near as beautiful as this, fantastic memories of cruising with family. Well done everyone involved in this build

Nice boat! The square stern opens up deck space! I'd prefer just a railing to get more open feel.
