Thanks. I thought mine wasn't working but as you say it seems to know when it's contacting skin. I put it on my calf and anything above two was too powerful, almost painful.

Yes it blinks when activated and don’t wet it. You can clean it with a damp cloth when it’s turned off.

My massager wont come on. Can someone help
Mine turns itself off after about 10 or 20 SECONDS after being switched on and set to any level, ie 1-11). Does anyone have a suggestion how to fix this problem? It's fully charged and definitely the fault will happen with a brand new gel pad. - which i clicked in correctly and firmly pressed on to the skin.
The instructions on the box refer to "19 gears" - what does this mean?

The intensity of the massager is very strong and even though I set it to 1, I can't imagine what the intensity will be like at 8. I screamed in fear because it seemed like electricity, I don't like it very intense and it doesn't look like a massager if it doesn't have an electric shock. I don't recommend it😡

I purchased this, Charged full, but when i stick on my body it works but i feel shock, can you please tell is my product faulty?
It is powerful, some locations in the body can be more painful rather than relaxing. Sometimes touching the electrode side of the wings or flaps has given me a little shock when running. Make sure it’s not activated when you hold it with your fingers.
Once he said it shocks I remembered the shock therapy I got at the chiropractor. I remember that being unpleasant....

I also got a little shock whenever I hold both pads with my fingers while it’s on level 1 or higher. It doesn’t send electrical signals when on level 0, and is safe to hold between fingers.

I dont think I would be able to use this device as I have an implanted Pacemaker connected directly to my heart, but I think it might be ok if it is far enough away from my Pacemaker not to interfere with it could be ok, anyone else here who has this device and a pacemaker plz leave a comment, I will obviously consult my Doctor on this but was just wondering if anyone in the same situation as me had used this device and had any problems. From memory I had another one like this years ago and I had to use a gel like lube on pads b4 using which counteracted the shock intensity

When the strap gets loosened it stings and shocks so i recommend holding the strap like thing to prevent that
Also make sure you dont have it on before applying. You need to stick it on first before turning on

Is safe but try to check where you can purchase it, I bought one and after 3 times I charged it stop working, they changed it for a new one and the same happened, I saw a lot of cases like that in the comments.
