Tip for clothes, get those space bag things that flatten. You'll need to borrow a vacuum but that's how we got lots of stuff from California to NYU for my sister. Saves room

Iris Moes usually mid may - mid June it ends! How is it in Europe? We start in January

Iris Moes it really depends what part of the country you are in but generally yes most colleges/universities start around mid august and end in may
Also we go by semester, I don't know if you guys do too. August-December January-May/June. Then there's Summer term :)
