    I attended the school for a period a few years back and this was my big takeaway. I still practise the exercise several times a week and it is amazing how effective even just a few minutes a day is on concentration, focus and being calm.

    Practicing this Exercise has made a huge difference in my daily life. It's a wonderful "reset" button when one feels off track. It also helps one gather thoughts and energy before undertaking a task. Perhaps the biggest aspect that I have found useful is it reminds me that we are all one, allowing me to connect more deeply with others.

    Thank you for this wonderful video. I attended the school over 20 years ago and have always remembered starting the classes with this beautiful exercise. Glad to have found it again.

    Ex student here,now living in Mexico....thank you for the exercise..almost brings the school right into my home! Is there by any chance a half hour meditation here on UA-cam? Have looked but don't see anything..thanks so much..
