@112969407200993009665 True, but the art is to make a joke which is actually funny. Too few comedians can to that, without using the aforementioned categories. And btw, I absolutely enjoy dirty comedy as well 😎 But it's nice to see someone who is able to do things a little different 🙏
But did he do standup only before Kings'n'Queens, or does he do it still? All I seem to see him in, are those "crappy" blockbuster comedies with fellow 90s prodigy, Adam Sandler...
The King Of Queens is one of the best comedies of all-time. Awesome cast and very well written. I have the entire series in my movie/tv show collection.
It's not like they say it's based on the Comedy of Kevin James. Oh, wait it is! Just like Home Improvement or everybody loves Raymond. They all tell you it's based on their Comedy
I’m glad all the comments really appreciate Kevin James here. Clean, clever comedy. Seeing these jokes incorporated into King of Queens was great. That show is terrific and the main cast is magnificent!!
Ricky Evans comics are like musicians they are all influenced and channel their heroes. no one is 100% original. this is literally how art progresses how thick are you

@@bobbuilder7642 I don't like her as a person but I definitely like how they made her character. It's definitely part of what makes the show. But no, 90% of the time she's stuck up and b***** and 10% of the time she's really sweet and shows how much she truly does love Doug.
@@switchellmobb7575 that's true. She's an important part of the show. Does the show have a good ending/last season tho cuz I feel like a bad ending can always ruin a good show. Ex. Game of Thrones.
@@bobbuilder7642 I think they wrap the show up nicely. It ends kind of how you would expect it to, especially for a sitcom like this. As long as you're enjoying the show now, you're pretty much going to enjoy it all the way through. It doesn't have any "bad" seasons in my opinion.
I remember where I was standing in my house when I watched him do the long version of the bit about a woman choosing cards probably 15 years ago. This guy would make an excellent sound guy some day
I see what u did there xD
too bad he waves at people who weren't even waving at him
@Inexperiense 😂😂
I know what you say..
Lmao
You gotta give it to Kevin James: He can be funny without talking about sex, drugs, race, politics etc. His jokes are always so uplifting
Anyone can make a joke not involving that

Frankie Boyle rules
Michael Holmgaard yeah but he's a fat guy talking about food and how women are💣💥
Read my mind.
That number rhythm joke was on an opening scene of King and queens
Layne Staley same. Such a good show
+Ricky Carrillo
Yeah... pretty much every single Stand-up joke he has done, has been on King of Queens.
+Ricky Carrillo he recycles too much
+Ricky Carrillo funny thing is was that he was calling for pizza and arthur read the number to him like that

Kevin James has some of the BEST family friendly standup specials of all time.
Always loved Kevin James. King of Queens was a great show and I appreciate that he never uses obsenity in his stand up routines.
totally agree mate. theres nobody like kevin anymore. true star
