The Slow Rhythm is the PERFECT Ballroom dance to initiate you onto the dance floor.
If you are brand new to the world of Ballroom dancing and want to know where to begin - this is your starting point.
The Slow Rhythm uses Slow Foxtrot music but the Slow Foxtrot is a very difficult and hard dance, to begin with so we can use the Slow Rhythm in its place - which makes it more accessible for all ages.
You can use this for social dances, events, weddings, and even the ye' olde pub dance.
