Very good and useful Quickstep videos! But i don´t find any longer your newest three Quickstep-videos with the promenade runs and the charleston figures. Greetings from Southern Germany
You both made that look easy.😮 I've always found quickstep frantic, hurried and stressful. That was smooth to watch, relaxed, unhurried as if there is all the time in the world. Beautifully danced and explained. Thanks ❤️👍
@@BallroomMasteryTV A series which goes through an order of steps to learn progressively would be useful to a lot of people, I know dance at home does this, but it isn't as syllabus-based. (Carl here from BMA
Of course! I have begun the process here [PART 2/5] How to Basic Waltz with Quarter Turns in 4K | Ballroom Mastery TV ua-cam.com/video/Xd2xPeYhEtk/v-deo.html
Superb instructional technique as always .. your channel packs a punch .. excellent format of introduction, demonstration, figure names and timing .. thank you
Why do I see UA-cam quickstep video's where the leader starts with the left foot and another video with the right foot, Does it mean that the left foot start is dancing out of rhythm? Or doesn't it really matter? I'm confused, I thought left foot start is for Foxtrot only. I'm taking refresh lessons in September if I can find a partner, because I really want to know what is correct.
It’s a preparation or lead in step. Taken on the last one or two beats of the previous bar so you can start the Figure on the correct Bar of music. Feel free to join my online membership to learn more about these types of hints and tips; www.ballroommastery.com/access
@@BallroomMasteryTV Many thanks, than it would be nice if you could count loud out, so everybody will know the lead in step is on count 4 followed by 1, 2 and, 3, 4 and etc. I will have a look again if the lead in is at 4, I'm not sure yet if I can hear it.
@RichardLucardie literally said in the Timing part of lesson. I don’t count beats and bars as that is more advanced but it’s all there. If you need more understanding I can coach you properly in my membership area. Or you can search the other video on slow foxtrot timing to understand more.
Thank you. This is the lesson we had last week which i recorded. This is a far better video.

Болтовни много, танца мало
For a beginner like me, just enough talk and exactly enough dans, otherwise I would have lost (like Iwan Sosain (spelling?)).
