Nepali Fried Chicken Masala | Tareko Chara Easy & Quick Chicken Recipe

  • Fried Chicken Masala/Gravy
    INGREDIENTS:
    4-5 tbsp of mustard oil
    1/4 tsp of hing
    3 onions sliced
    1 tbsp of ginger paste
    1 tbsp of garlic paste
    1 kg chicken and mix it well
    1 tbsp of coriander seed powder
    1 tsp of cumin seed powder
    1/2 tsp of turmeric
    2 tbsp of kashmiri chilli powder
    2 tomatoes finely chopped
    Salt to taste
    1 tbsp of garam masala powder
    Freshly chopped coriander
    METHOD:
    Heat 4-5 tbsp of mustard oil
    Add 1/4 tsp of hing
    Add 3 onions sliced
    Fry the onions till they are golden in colour
    Add 1 tbsp of ginger paste
    1 tbsp of garlic paste
    Fry it for a minute till the raw smell is gone
    Add 1 kg chicken and mix it well
    Fry till it becomes brown
    Reduce the flame to a low and add spices
    1 tbsp of coriander seed powder
    1 tsp of cumin seed powder
    1/2 tsp of turmeric
    2 tbsp of kashmiri chilli powder
    Sauté the chicken well in spices
    Add 2 tomatoes finely chopped
    Keep sautéing the meat till oil separates
    Add Salt to taste
    After the chicken cooks, add 1 tbsp of garam masala powder
    Add freshly chopped coriander
    Give it a gentle stir
    Remove in a serving bowl
