For me, I can't finish the two fights with a combined time of 2 minutes or less. So what I did is follow this guide first to finish in 6 turns, and then do this mission again but with only one team, spawning on the top spawn point and I just made sure to step on the footpath to unlock the bridge connecting the node on the bottom and teleported there to fight the boss.
