I honestly hated being on that side of rush week. 😅 Being a PNM was so exciting, but then once I was in my sorority, I didn’t want to have to do that whole thing again. Not to mention all the preparation that goes into it. I’m pretty sure I eventually just requested to be in charge of food tables or the powerpoint/projector so I didn’t have to talk as much. Lol. Pref parties were fine, and philanthropy, but those first rounds were so draining That was like 10 years ago though. Idk why I’m here 😂

Watching as an Australian, I find the whole sorority thing really strange and also weirdly fascinating. I also can't help but notice the lack of diversity. Is there a reason that there aren't any African or Asian Americans taking part?
Not for nothing but when sisters’ voices were gone it was from hazing. Im a Greek girl and this pretty false specially in the south or Midwest but if this is what ya’ll do to counteract the rumors go for it. 🤷🏽♀️
Doesn’t hazing happen after they already got a bid (assuming it’s happening at all)? Between then and initiation? I definitely lost my voice during rush week and it’s because of all the loud singing and talking to a million PNMs in a loud room. Or maybe I’m just misunderstanding your comment

I understand them not continuing to talk with the pnms because that single greatwood get to interact with them more than any other group of the day. However them covering their faces and walking away seems over the top. Just announce we have to pause the party so we'll pick up conversations once the party can restart.
Not huge on Shein but it in refreshing to see an outfit that isnt a 1/4 of my annual salary😅
