- It's a series within a series, as the Kubota High Limit 'Midweek Money Series' kicks off on Tuesday, April 15, 2024 at Red Dirt Raceway.
2023 Midweek Money Series champion Kyle Larson returns to defend his title against the full-time field of High Rollers, while Corey Day looks to stay hot after his first ever HLR triumph on Sunday.

Told Corey after the Outlaws were on a went coast swing 2 years ago where he was able to be competitive. That sometime in the near future, he would be running with them. We'll here we are, and he's running a series with some of the best sprint car drivers in the world. It's awesome to see!

Glad you put it on UA-cam for some reason my flo kept buffering and it went from 11 to go to race over
I had the same problem during heats but straightened out by mains.
I turned it off and went to bed with all the bufferinggoing on, thank god for highlights!
Mine was also buffering a lot. I ended up going to bed and waiting for the replay lol
After Corey Day and Tyler Courtney, Brent Marks finished 3rd and had the bottom grove dialed in to perfection. The bottom grove got better late in the race.
Day is the best young driver in ALL of sprint car racing, regardless of series.

After Donny Schatz rolled in Knoxville he won the Kings Royal with one with a halo.
@@danwiskow6566 I remember Donny leading the field into Turn 1 on the 1st lap of the Knoxville Nationals with an outside bead lock on his LR and 4 lbs psi. He pealed the inner bead off the LR and doubled up the car in front of the entire field. Collecting several cars who hit
him hard. Donnie vowed to never run another lap without an inside LR bead lock. I don't remember ever seeing a halo over Donnie, or any J&J Chassis for that matter. Nor is it offered as an option on J&J's website.

Emo moment from larson, is he cracking under the pressure? Getting this series off the ground, learning indy, and failing behind byron at Hendrick, it's alot and he's starting to look human.

I've only heard Flo guys call Tyler Courtney "Sunshine" about 200 times, but never with any explanation. Why is that his nickname?
He is always smiling and happy.
His friend and mentor, the late Bryan Clauson, called him that because Tyler reminded Bryan of the character Sunshine from Remember the Titans, both in terms of looks and temperament.
The biggest difference I see is more of a laid back broadcast that doesn’t whip up the crowd much. Too many drivers who listen to cowboy music on their playlist for my taste. I like hard rock while the Feature lines up. Speaking of sound my high buck mixing headphones double for TV. Music sounds like a live concert on most channels. The cowboy band that jumped ship to Flo sounds like I’m listening to a transistor radio. Apparently the sound infrastructure for these broadcasts isn’t up to industry standards.
The racing has been good. I used to take photos at a track with a similar configuration. Racing is always good on red clay tracks and that configuration always produces great action.
My only complaint is that with all the great tracks here in the upper Midwest that include the Nationals, High Bank, Cedar Lake, River Cities that I would have to drive 800 miles round trip for a HL race.
They were a good tv show on a Tuesday night.
