I’m so glad that Jocko caught all of Craig’s sarcastic jokes. Cause man Joe Rogan is a “professional comedian” but half of Craig’s jokes went over his head😂😂
Rogan is also really pedantic too and has some type of OCD thing about being "literal". For example, if someone said "Wow I haven't seen you in a million years", Rogan would say, "well not a million years, that would be impossible... but I agree it has been a while". Very weird trait for a "comedian".

Craig is the antithesis of Echo and Jocko hahaha, but their personalities connect well, awesome podcast!

Echo is a hybrid of the two.

When Jocko asked if he lifts, Craig said "hard to find the motivation" Literally the opposite of Jocko's discipline.

Craig is being facetious - and to some extent humble - about his motivation and discipline. He's obviously super disciplined and motivated to be as good as he is at jiujitsu, but I think he understands that lifting weights is either going to marginally improve his performance or it's going to be time and energy taken away from learning more jiujitsu skills - plus it's probably not something he's passionate about - so he just doesn't do it. Danaher mentioned his philosophy on physical training JRE MMA #111 at 2:00:00, and I'm pretty sure Craig follows the same philosophy.

I watched a lot of the CJI and thoroughly enjoyed it. I dont watch many grappling events either due to some of the rule sets not pushing action. This was really fun to watch.

As a user of steroids I highly recommend NOT TO DO TREN your cardiovascular system will go to shit. You’ll be gassed within 69 seconds of a warm up let alone a full match. Test, eq, var, and primo would be far more effective. Halotestin is mainly used as hardening agent when cutting weight and used for 2 weeks maximum.
I did 3 cycles on tren but at low dosages and I was fine. I was doing cardio everyday along with strength training. I’m in my 40s now so I don’t think tren is right for me anymore but in my early 30s it was incredible.
