These cues are amazing cues. I have owned one for over a year. Great sound, great feel, great hit and low deflection. Come standard with a moori medium tip. High quality.
I have that cue and have used it almost a year now and I couldn't be happier! Several friends have predators and cuetec's and they have tried my cue and have been very impressed!
I have never had a carbon cue, would you recommend me to buy this cue? I play with 12.75 meucci soft kamui, should i buy 12.5 or 12.9 mm? What do you think? Thanks
They have been getting a LOT of reviews from guys like you so they must have a bunch of faith in their product. Everyone that has reviewed it says pretty much the same thing you did. Everyone says it's a great value with a good hit and everyone has been impressed with the shaft. My bag has a couple Predator's in it so it's not for me but seems like a good value for someone looking for a cue without breaking their bank. s
Absolutely awesome cue. You won't find a better cue for the money imho. In fact I've played with production cues that cost twice as much and custom cues that don't play nearly as consistent as the jflowers $300 cue. Now of course I know a lot of that has to do with the carbon fiber shaft. But I will say that the construction of the butt seems to add to the consistency. There is something about the continuous material throughout the butt (no inlays) that offers a very predictable and natural feeling with every shot. Jflowers hit it out of the park with this amazing budget friendly cue.
Ahh Meucci and McDermott. Haven't heard those names in years. I enjoyed hearing the experienced thoughts shared here. I don't have time to play as much pool as before but I'd consider these.
In a nutshell,BUY THIS CUE! It's an absolute bargain, had it Six months now comes out of my bag more often than my predator revo, which cost me 3 times the price.Folks this truly is an absolute bargain, check out other reviewers comments, cue listings for example, and he owns a cue worth over 3,000$ ! Seriously it's a no brainer, great review thxs for reinforcing my opinion of this little beauty, subscribed!
Predator cues and other other expensive brands were overrated. They were just hyped by the fact that they get endorsed by the likes of SVB and many other professional pool players.
If you get a chance please do a review on the Lucasi Pinnacle carbon fiber cues. There are basically zero reviews on them online (only thing I can find is one kind of odd blog post). I love the looks of the LP30. Thanks!
I read somewhere that the majority or cf shafts are made in the same factory, so I’d say that the j flowers is a super deal to get the complete stick for a really good price, I play with a j pechauer pro and thinking about buying a j flowers just to have
The pin is basically a radial pin. They make a 6 inch extension for them at j flowers. But I'm only 5'9 and I don't like adding weight to my cue. But taller people have that option or ordering a balance rite extension for a radial pin. But I'm absolutely happy with my j flowers cue. Did change to a harder tip but I prefer hard tips. Another company that makes a great low dollar carbon fiber shaft is XLR8. I have a jump break shaft from them with a bullet proof tip. That shaft will do it all. Very low deflection. Jumps effortlessly. Only weights 2.7oz. and actually shoots very we6. Just a little loud with the bullet proof tip
For a love of me I don't understand why a cue maker would not sell just a shaft. OK, let's say I'm ready to drop $300.00 for entire cue just to get carbon shaft...but no, let's put on a cue this ridiculous join so shaft cannot be used with another butt. I don't understand their business strategy but if they start selling just carbon shaft with all available joints...at least with most popular...I can guaranty you they would substantially increase the sales.
The 3/8x8 on this cue is basically a Radial though. I have the same exact model and my 314 easily fits to the butt this cue came with, while the CF shaft fits to my Predator butt (tighter than usual though).

@@arijano82 I believe mine is a 12.5 Kamui medium.. it's an extra $25 but well worth it
I've had this same cue for a month now well worth the money

I got a couple of custom cues but I wouldn't mind having that one to take to a bar. Great review, good video as always , thank you guys!
They now have some new style variations and ability to get the shaft with a white sighting ferrule. Tremendous performance at a great value
Yes it is

Cue companies do sell just a shaft. Also shafts with diffrent pin joint to fit your cue. The only thing most of them are 300+ to 1k
isn't 3/8-8 super common though? or is it one of those things where it's slightly different than 3/8-8 you find elsewhere?

You lost me at decals 🤦🏾
