Just got one. For anyone wondering, it holds the temp you set it to really well. It varies by a few degrees according to my good temp probe. And man does it bake like a champ! Way better than any air fryer type oven I have used
Hi, I have it and I am very happy with performance. Only concern is cleaning inside top and back side of the oven, have built up grease. Tride warm up, gentle rub with dish soup, not much get clean. Any sugestion?
Why doesn't anyone doing these reviews, explain the difference between the roast mode and the bake mode.some people have concerns with the top elements coming on and burning their food. Especially when baking cakes or cookies.
According to the Wolf website, the “ROAST” mode cycles the lower(BAKE) element and the upper(BROIL) element. I’ve personally never used the Roaster mode because I normally wouldn’t do anything requiring that function. I stick to baking bread, cookies, cakes, etc which only requires the lower element. However, I have done homemade pizza in which I will Bake first but finish with the upper to brown the cheese.

Thank you so much for measuring out the interior to have a better idea of the space you have to work with
Sure thing... Thanks for watching. It's a good oven. I use it quite a lot for small-batch stuff.

I own this little gem!
Do you put tinfoil on the crumb tray?
Yes, if there might be crumbs. Otherwise no.
I thought you weren’t supposed to put tin foil in here otherwise it would overheat
@@CityCinderella I'm unfamiliar with that. I've never had a problem with it and it protects the sheet pan.
@@CityCinderella i believe it states in the manual book not to use foil as it can cause issues with temperature etc
Yep.
Can it bake Cookies and is it easy to clean
Yes, it can. The only limitation is the size. You'll need a small cookie sheet.
