    I achieved multi- millionaire status by:
    1- going to the gym (stay healthy - cannot be productive if you are always sick)
    2- only debt is mortgage
    3- buy Toyota (in my case a Prius) and drive it as long as you can
    4- invest, invest,
    5- stay away from the Jones
    I don't budget, I spend on food and things that I really need.

      After spending years developing(together) wants and needs to get out of debt(mostly student loans). We got out of debt, but that's not the end of the story. We agreed to clamp down and get out of it. Today, my wife now tells me about when people ask her where she got something and she tells them "Walmart", and she loves their reactions. We are both reformed people.

If you want to grow I recommend reading books on investing in stocks real estate and bonds and business anything that can grow your wealth overtime and learn how to do taxes and how the banking system works such as loans,credit and many other things I’m 16 right now so I’ve never done it myself but I’ve read countless books on wealth building and what I’ve learned is that if you play the system money should never be a problem

      @Esther Innocent Real Estate is an investment, and usually a good one. Rent is money down the drain. If you can buy for cash, that's not a loser.

    • @summerrobinson9847
      @summerrobinson9847 4 роки тому +8

      Senshudan - there are benefits to renting. it’s not always “throwing money away” like people say it is. for example, you avoid debt being a renter and you’re never really on the hook for most repairs. and you’re not tied to one place for 15+ years.

    • @prolivicpaper2708
      @prolivicpaper2708 4 роки тому

      There's 1 thing about being debt-free & another thing about retiring early. I'm curious about how you have budgeted for this while still renting.

    Hhmmm, 'finding your way to yes,' really hit home; especially since I recently have thought with mounting problems it maybe pointless to keep pursuing my passions and business plans. Have successfully become debt free, therefore my hurdles are probably more emotionally and spiritually centered around self limiting thoughts which has triggered some sloppy self care habits that are draining my energy. Maybe worth my while before I toss in the towel, to explore how to pursue and implement healthier 'Find My Way To Yes' (FMWTY) habits and attitudes. Thanks for sharing your building wealth tips, wishing you and all of us who have watched your video success in our respective personal and business endeavors to be better than we were yesterday.
