I know not everyone can relate, but it could be informative for everyone and validate individuals who struggle with illness/autoimmune diseases

hi lindsey! just wanna say (which you probably know, so hopefully this is a reminder 🙂) that you are NOT alone when it comes to wishing you could keep up and have all this energy that you know you are/you were capable of having. as a chronically ill and disabled person myself, i can completely empathize and relate to your experience and feelings, and i just want to say you aren't alone! i really appreciate you sharing these parts of yourself with the internet and being vulnerable, and for showing that not everyone has an abundance of energy all the time, that sometimes we have other things going on in our lives (that we can't control) that can highly determine our energy levels and ability to "keep up" with the world. sending you lots of love!!!

I have the same autoimmune disorder, and I'm constantly in a brain fog / experiencing deep fatigue. I know it's time for me to cut out gluten, but I'm so overwhelmed with it. I'm hoping it'll help my confusion and fog!!

And always love the food content, thank you :) Oh also loved the comment about having to have at least one block of tofu in your fridge, I'm about to cook some now (making Spicy Green Beans and Tofu from Carla Lalli Music) and I only eat veg about 80% of the time but also a must in my fridge. I'm down to 3 blocks :P
question!! do you take anxiety meds and if you do i know you drink coffee does it interact with the meds at all? or it doesnt really effect it just curious!!!
