Lecture 2: Install packages

Second lecture of the "Using Python in an HPC environment" course which was given on 2024-05-15 by HPC2N and UPPMAX.
This presentation goes through how to set up a virtual environment with venv and virtualenv, and installing Python packages to it with pip.
