I’m optimistic that we are a few players away from getting this team from average to good next year as you guys touched on. Some highly rated recruits who are redshirt freshman and true freshman are going to need to step up big time. Definitely not scapegoating Brown but it’s imperative next year they get right staff to develop the young talent and hit on major transfer portal players. You mentioned GA is hurting from bowers leaving. The absence of Frazier anchoring the offense is sorely felt and his effort alone kept a drive against Baylor alive last year that kept us from being a 5 loss regular season team to 4 loss regular season team.
@ key word is optimistic, definitely not guaranteed. Top recruit coming to Morgantown next year is the highest rated D lineman since Dante Stills and he turned out ok to say the least. An addition of a few players and Nico developing as qb could be the difference between 5 to 7 wins or 8 to 9 wins in the regular season
@@StevenG-gc9txI wish I had your optimism. Tom Brady could find a year of eligibility, come to WVU, and NB would still find a way to be a 5-6 win team. The only thing that would save WVU is to take the financial risk and move on.
