Where do I find the brown meat?
Ok after striking out at Publix, we went with just the crab meat and a splash of clam juice. Also added some minced garlic. AMAZING!

Super Speedy Crab Spagheeti
I am extremely interested in knowing what the chef did with that dollop of brown crab meat. To me, that is a key foundational element to this dish, without which the dish may suffer. Jamie mentions this, referring to it as brown meat but doesn’t describe how to prepare the meat. You can see this at 0:26-0:50 in the video. I’d love to know what he did with this.

That wasn't tinned crab meat , you don't get the brown meat in tinned crab , that was fresh .

They aren't non stick , they are a special range by tefal made in collabs with Jamie .

You're wrong, that's why I ignored your comment. The pan he is using is a specific line exclusive to Amazon from oliver and tfal. The coating, while most likely more durable, isn't like Ramsay's hexclad pans (which are also crap pans btw), it's reasoning for being metal safe is....the coating isn't toxic. So in other words, you'll still ingest this man made substance used to coat steal, but tfal promises its non toxic in the same way they promised the original non stick was. My preference as a professional chef of 25 years is to simply....do things the right way and avoid all problems. Enjoy eating non stick flakes tho all you want lol

Food recipes 30 years ago used to be about exquisite dishes, things that you really needed instructions for.
Recipes today are about how to bake potatoes in the oven, how to grade cheese and how to boil your pasta.
