OMG! The flavor!, the velvety texture, I made this for breakfast, the way you infused the flavors of the peppers and garlic in the olive oil is what intensifies the flavor , I made pasta puttanesca using this method, I keep this emulsification for everything.. mille de grazie!!!

@@dinoskitchenofficial I came looking for pasta in garlic aglio e olio, first off I've been making it wrong for years, I had it one time served to me in an authentic Italian restaurant , I couldn't believe the difference in how creamy and flavorful it was. Thats why I clicked on your video because you said "CREAMIEST" I said to myself this I gotta see, and man you delivered. I already made the pasta in garlic the way you do it with the pepper and garlic emusification, after I had that I had some left over and decided to try it with the pasta puttanesca, let me say this recipe was already excellent, packed with intense flavor, I didn't think it would make a big difference, Holy shit!! The depth of flavors your technique adds to this dish insane my friend! This is my new go to. This is heaven on a plate!!!

Great recipe! I'm Team Fork when it comes to eating spaghetti or linguine. I don't get why you'd need the spoon. I've met people who cut up their spaghetti with a knife and fork 😅

I'll be making more just to keep it in the fridge for anything pasta, I'm sure it'll infuse flavor how ever I decide to use it!
