Thank you SO much covering RLA GED for the test. I've took it multiple times and that is including Pre-GED that scored very well on in the past two to three months recently. Also could not schedule for the test online due to have lenovo google laptop that Pearson testing is not compatible for laptop and or computer. Anyway I've struggled in Reading Language Arts and got more better at it in 13 years close to 14 in GED class alone. I'am excited that my RLA Test on Tuesday, which is right before my 34th Birthday on 31st of January. Might as well knowing what I really need in is completing my GED.

And also I got 142 last time I took rla and I plan to maybe do an rescore on essay part but it’s 50 dollars but if I my score change I get my money back if it stays the same I don’t get it back should I do that or just study and retake the whole rla exam

It could be any of the following:
1) They're (always means "they are")
2) Their (possessive, belongs to them)
3) There (a direction or place)

Hey there, since the "well-being" is something that belongs to them, it's a possessive and will have an apostrophe. Or, we could think of another example: "This law protects workers rights." Since the rights belong to all of the workers, we'd put an apostrophe after the s: "This law protects workers' rights." Hope that helps a little.

The types of questions are pretty similar?
In the first question, it's not explicitly stated that kim a woman, nor is "her" used in tge sentence. What if Kim is a man? Im asking because "they" and "her" seem equally correct
Hey there - that's a great point! Since Kim is a unisex name, it could be "her" or "him" there.
As a disclaimer, this test was created before preferred gender pronouns were mainstream, so the rules are based on singular vs. plural. Since, "them" would imply 2 or more people (For example: "Ryan and Jane's expertise makes them"), that's why "her" is the correct singular ending here.
