  • ✨Air fried SAMOSAS✨ who wants healthier version samosa?
    Air fryer samosas are easy to make and much healthier than the traditional fried versions. They still have a crispy texture and no maida.

    What you’ll need to make these samosas:-
    For making dough;-
    - 1 cup whole wheat flour (atta)
    - 3-4 tsp oil
    - 1/2 tsp carom seeds (ajwain)
    - water as needed
    For Making Stuffing:-
    - 2-3 boiled potatoes
    - 1/2 cup peas
    - 1 tsp green chilli & ginger paste
    - pinch of hing
    - 1/2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
    - 1/2 tsp coriander seeds
    - 2-3 tbsp oil
    - salt, turmeric, coriander powder, chaat masala, dry mango powder, garam masala.
    - 1/4 cup cashew (chopped)
    - 1/4 cup raisins (kismis)
    - fresh cilantro
    For a healthier alternative to deep frying, you can use your oven, or air fryer. Generously coat each pocket with oil and arrange them in your air fryer’s basket or baking sheet.
    Air fry or bake at 350 degrees F for 15-29 minutes or until the samosas are golden brown. At 5-10 minutes, flip them for even cooking.
