What I love about the Expanse is that it is movie quality show on tv, the sfx is amazing. the way hair moves and when they are outside the ship the way the tool shoots off because the ship is accelerating and the tool is decelerating. the attention to detail is phenomenal for a tv show.
I think it has more to do with the way the planets and moons travel. At some point Ceres will be closer to earth than mars and it would make a good stopping off point to replenish supplies on the way to Mars. The planets do not travel on an identical plane but they can be up to 30 degrees off.
i love the expanse but i hate how everyone in this viseo is calling it anti-gravity its actualy called micro gravity or zero g anti gravity is the ability to controll gravity and use as a means of prpulsion
I think it's just the lingering effects of generations growing up with Star Wars and Star Trek who have no idea about real physics. On the other hand, one could argue that filming the shots is a form of 'anti-gravity' since you're trying to negate the appearance of gravity within the shot, so maybe they use the term internally during filming?
you're missing out. game of thrones also looked terrible for most of s1, then it got better every season. The Office also had a shitty and awkward s1. Most shows don't have a great s1. Just get past it and enjoy.

Exactly! It's such a good quality! It's hard not to watch & fall in love with the show
If this show is cancelled before the whole story is told, I'll go on a riot :D
How's that riot going?
Love the show! Started 2 days ago & already on season 3! Lol! 👌❤️
3:25 Haha
A bit funny for Ceres to be a way-station between mars and earth when it's actually past mars.. :P
yes but when you look at planetary travel and how "real space travel" works, it makes sense

@@t4rv0r60 not much either as they move at different speeds arround the sun so Ceres is only in between them for some months a year

I saw the gif and just wanted to know what it was from...this show looks terrible.

Whatever. Keep your opinions to yourself.
Its the best TV scifi ive seen since Next Gen and Voyager. Im only into season 1 and think its pretty awesome.
