    Tamarind juice of amla size
    Cooked & mashed toor dal (with turmeric powder) - 100 grams
    Salt
    Oil - 1 tbl spoon
    Mustard - ½ teaspoon
    Urad dal - ½ teaspoon
    Fenugreek - ¼ teaspoon
    Cumin seeds - ½ teaspoon
    Asafoetida
    Dry chilli - 1
    Coriander leaves

    Oil - 2 tbl spoon
    Mustard - ½ teaspoon
    Cumin seeds - ½ teaspoon

    Salt
    Urad dal - 1 teaspoon
    Chana dal - 2 teaspoon
    Pepper - ¾ teaspoon
    Cumin seeds - ½ teaspoon
    Coriander seeds - 1 teaspoon

    Chilli powder - 1 ½ teaspoon
    Turmeric powder
