Firefly lane is one of my favorite books! I love the friendship in it and how friendship can change as you get older. I didn’t care for the show though but definitely recommend the book!
😂 I’m giggling at “this book is really sad….which *is* a buzzword for me 😂😂😂❤ I still haven’t decided if I like sad books, I think I mostly don’t but i definitely get in a mood for them sometimes!
I've read Nora Goes Off Script, Reckless, and Heartless Hunter. I loved Nora Goes Off Script, the other two not so much. But I'm excited to hear your thoughts on all of these!
12:59 I think I actually prefer little to no synopsis when I’m watching booktube…so it doesn’t bother me that you don’t give much of a summary! I like to know the genre and maybe a few words like “classic mystery involving *xyz*” or something like that!
Little White Lies is great, you are right about the Pretty Little Liars vibes. I have all of Jennifer Lynn Barnes's books but the two books in this duology are the only ones I have read so far. I hope you enjoy it when you get to it 😊Would love to see a Physical TBR video
I will so watch a whole video on your tbr shelves haha the limit does not exist for new books 😅 I watched Sara Carolli talk about Firefly Lane and immediately added to tbr so now that you are talking about it too, makes me really want to read it soon. I've only read one other old blacklist of Kristin Hannah and didn't care for it yet somehow the plot has stuck with me so I want to give her another go
@@Jordan_elaine Waiting for the Moon. Got it from a little free library and decided to try it as my first book of hers, so it's very probable that I picked one of the not good ones in relation to her newer books lol
I've been sooo hesitant if I should get When The Moon Hatched or not because I've heard quiet a few people say that the first 200-300 pages are apparently very slow 🙃 I love the cover of it though 😍
I’m working on my first Bullet Journal for Reading in 2025. I’ve been studying all the different pages people are making. Today I saw a woman keeping track of how much money she saves on books by borrowing them from the library. Depending how serious you want to get with saving $, tracking money saved could be very interesting. Thanks for the recommendations!
The only other thing I know is it’s a gaming book so I’m confused how that will be sad haha. I enjoy sad books as long as they don’t actually depress me
Okay, so Jamie McGuire is a HORRIBLE human, but Beautiful Disaster is very good. A lot of people say it's not good because the characters do some things that are the ideal throughout the book, but if you have ever been that age and moved away to college you will get it. I read that book and saw so much of myself, my friends, and my college boyfriend.
Oh no! I don’t know anything about the author 😳 I’m the exact opposite. I got married and had kids super young! So I never had the “away at college” experience which is why I think I love college romance. It’s like a whole different and entertaining world to me 😂
I really enjoy watching your videos every week! ❤
😘😘😘

It’s definitely one I’m most excited about reading soon. 😍

Def a mood genre because I don’t want to be put in a slump but I love a good cry lol

I prefer that too!! 100%! I try so hard to do a mix of both because people have asked for more synopsis 🫠

Thanks Sharon! 🩷
I have the same thoughts when it comes to going to Barnes or going to Target and leaving without a book!! We deserve an award!!!!🤣
Right!? 😂😂 girl math
“I’m judging myself, you don’t need to judge me, we’ll judge me together” 😂
I am with you on wanting to see my bookmark and progress!! 😂😊
There is a special joy it brings 😂
Seeing you add a cozy I love to your tbr 🥰🥰🥰
Looking forward to your next video ❤
Beautiful Disaster and Walking Disaster are two of my most favorite books of all time!
Really?? Okay now I’m excited to try it!
I love seeing the new books you pick up🥰
I love yoir videos so much, that I had to come back and watch it again 🎉
Thank you 😭🥹🩷
I'm not a YA reader, but I loved the Debutant duology from Jennifer Lynn Barnes
My favorite Kristen Hannah book is The Great Alone! 😊
I really liked that one! It’s high on my want to re-read list!
My Saturday serotonin boost! 🤭
I’m the same with books. I want to know as little as possible before reading it. I love discovering the storyline and being surprised.
When the moon hatched is SO BIG lol
Right? It’s so intimidating!
❤📚❤️ Firefly Lane ...read it now! 😁
It’s on my blind tbr and I hope I open it soon!! 😍
@@Jordan_elaine 😃👍
I didn’t like 'Lovelight Farms' either but I read book two and enjoyed it. I’d love to see a video on your entire TBR.
Do you think I shouldn’t skip book 2?
@@Jordan_elaine I’ve read the first three in the series, and second book is my favorite so far 😊 so I would say to at least give it a try.
Great haul 📚🍄🧋🌈🧚
Interested to hear what you think of "Lies and Weddings" since you loved the Crazy Rich Asains series.
Will you read it if I like it? 🤭🧐

@@Jordan_elaine of course I picked the most obscure one 🤣🤦🏽♀️
Enjoy your videos. I wished you would do more of a summary of the books.
Thank you! 🩷

Yeah but somehow people still rate it pretty high so it doesn’t make sense. Lol
@@Jordan_elaine I know!!!😂
I’d like to see your TBR 😊
I’ve read Beautiful Disaster many years ago. 1st one is good- the rest I didn’t care for.
I'm reading Assistant to the Villain rn and I really like it a lot😊
Yay! I’m glad to hear that!
Super fun!

That’s a great idea! I’m sure it would be VERY enlightening. I don’t know if I even want to know 🤭😂
You could pick a number of books to read or unhaul by Dec 31st as a way to cut down your tbr.
That’s a good idea too! 🧐😍
Do I sense a potential “TBR takedown” series coming? 👀
I’ve never heard of that phrase but I need to do something, and soon! 😂
I hated tomorrow and tomorrow and tomorrow because of how sad it was. I did not know it was going to be sad so I was very caught off guard.

Oh no 🫠😭 I was so looking forward to the movie lol
Has anyone ever told you that you look like the actress Andrea Bowen? You could seriously be her sister, maybe even her fraternal twin. lol.
Never! I’ve never even heard of her! I’ll have to look her up. When I was a red head I got told I was an Emily Blunt look alike all the time!
