Wishing you the best of getting all done with your moving. I sure enjoyed your vlog. Thanks for sharing. I’m anxious to read some of these clean books.
I just came across your channel and so excited! I love the diversity of books! To see clean books and Christian options is exciting! But I also am interested in other books but unsure of content. So , I am excited to see your opinions on some of those books! So exciting!
In Wild Love the main guy is the brother of one of the main FMC in the second Chestnut Springs books. So technically you can read on its own but you'd probably know more of his background from reading at least the first two Chestnut Spring books
@Jordan_elaine once you get into the chestnut springs series let me me know if you think I would like it. I just shared The Boys of Tommen with my hairdresser! She is an audiobook girlie and the accents are so good for those books!
I personally didn’t enjoy wild love very much, but I really liked the chestnut spring series. Especially book two focused with grumpy vs sunshine tropes
I read all 3 books in the Knockemout series and adored them. I would definitely read again. After reading the 1st two and learning that there would be a 3rd, featuring Lucian and Sloane, I couldn't wait to read it. For me, it didn't disappoint. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.
❤ So happy to see your face! I am sorry your move was so difficult 😔 sooo...now that I have added more books to the tbr and I know you are settling in my heart is at peace♡ love you friend, happy reading!
Ahh Tress & Mistborn!!! 😍🙌🏼 I hope you love them, two of my favs! And the cozies 🥰 (Jess IS the best boyfriend, hands down and now I wanna read that book 😂)
I grew up loving books and I DNF wishing game 😂😢 I hope you like it. there was one thing that gave me the ick and made me mad, I couldn’t get passed it 😭 if that thing hadn’t been in there I probably would’ve continued on and liked it!
I was surprised when you said people are very critical of Wishing Game because I am very critical but I really enjoyed it. Then I understood when you mentioned long term readers enjoy it because I’ve been reading novels since I was a child thanks to Matilda 😂
You don’t have to read the chestnut spring series first but I HIGHLY suggest reading it for sure!!! He is related to the girl in the second book!!! Which is my favorite
Ok I just started the video and welcome back missed you while you were moving! I just did the same thing you did I bought Next Of Kin right after you read that dedication!! Team Jess forever! I agree everyone else is wrong he was Rory’s Luke!! This makes me love you even more than I already did lol
Yay for you trying Denise Hunter. 😊 I really enjoy her books and have read like 8 of them now lol. Is that beautiful version of Corrie Ten Boom's story the full story or is it an abridged version?
So the main guy sister has a book in the chestnut series. I loved wild love. I feel like you don’t have to read chestnut. However you will miss who Willa is a character. I also really enjoyed the chestnut series.
Thanks for the insight! I think I’ll just read at least the first book or two in chestnut springs before wild love because I don’t like any spoilers at all!
I have a few cozy mystery recommendations for you! Nellie Steele Moving is murder, I love the two books in this series Nellie Steele is good! Getting old is murder by Rita Lakin, what’s a ghoul to do by Victoria Laurie I like her books! Ellery Adams has good summer cozies! I just got a few Rom coms you may like Housebroke by Jaci Burton, Happy Medium by Sarah Adler. I am currently reading Where Sleeping girls Lie by Faridah it’s good!
You don’t have to read Chestnut Springs first! Wild Love has one moment with characters from that series, but it’s not imperative to read chestnut springs first ❤
Valid question! Sorry I wasn’t more clear :) “clean” would just mean it’s more of a closed door romance without any “smut” as readers call it. 🤭 I read a bit of everything but have a lot of friends who don’t want to have even a hint of “open door” so I try to give those content warnings :)
@@Jordan_elaine ohhhh!!! That makes sense! I actually like to know if it’s clean or dirty lol. Just to prepare myself. Sometimes I don’t wanna read the descriptions of huge wangadangs lol. I just want sweet love lol. Thank you!!
These are great books and i’m so amazed at your haul!! Happy belated bday 🎉
Thank you so much!!

I also purchased these silent woods.
I was surprised when you said people are very critical of Wishing Game because I am very critical but I really enjoyed it. Then I understood when you mentioned long term readers enjoy it because I’ve been reading novels since I was a child thanks to Matilda 😂
Awe Matilda!! Truly the original influencer of readers 😂

That’s what I’ve decided to do! Thanks for letting me know! ♥️
This is so funny because I also was in a mountain cover mood recently and I saved almost all of those on my hoopla app 😂
😂😂 I love that you get it!
For Denise Hunter, try The Goodbye Bride. It’s a second chance romance. One of my favs! 💞
Awesome! I love a new rec! Adding it to my cart now 😂
Looks like it’s a hallmark movie too
@@Jordan_elaine Oh, I didn’t know that. How cool!
I really loved the Wishing Game 🥰🥰
You’re a huge part of why I’m trusting I’ll like it!
Kyle Idleman is actually the pastor at my church and that book is one my favorites by him
No way!? That’s so cool!
What a great haul! I’ll be buying too many books now too
Oh my goodness the illustrated The Hiding Place 😍😍😍
I've been waiting for this! ❤🎉
I really liked These Silent Woods! I’m celebrating my 50th birthday in a couple of weeks 😳and all I want are books :-)

Oh I don’t even know! I assumed it was full but now I’ll have to check
Oooo I’m starting the Naturals soon!! 😍
Let me know when and we can buddy read!
@@Jordan_elaine ok yay I will 😍
I got Just Once also! But I knew nothing about it. But I can’t remember who that is you mentioned 🤔 it was the redemption series as a teenager
She was the old lady in the nursing home that Ashley worked at. She always complimented Ashley’s hair 😄
@@Jordan_elaine ohhhhhhh. Man it’s been a minute since I’ve read them
I just got the Love Hypothesis ❤
I’m so excited for this 🤭🥰 gosh I love seeing your beautiful face!
“It’s in my hands, that’s how sold I was!” 🤣🤣🤣
😂
Your description of “The Last Love Note,” reminds me of the story line of P.S. I love you with Hillary Swank and Girard Butler!
Yesss! Thank you! That’s exactly the movie I couldn’t remember what it was called!
I just sent The Letter Tree to a friend ❤
I heard you have to read atleast the first two books of chestnut springs before Wild Love 💗
Ahhhh! Someone else said it doesn’t matter. I hate not knowing the right choice haha! Maybe I just read them first to be safe
These silent woods didn’t feel like a thriller at all for me. More like a survival story. I really liked it.
Thanks for letting me know! 😍
Agreed! Not thriller. Definitely suspense survival. NOT Christian! But it was soooo good. Made me cry and I haven’t cried in a long while lol
It’s a happy Saturday when I get to see your beautiful face pop up in my feed! 🥰
My TBR just expanded 😂
🤭🤭 I don’t think that’s a bad thing 😘

Omgggg what part of TN?
I’m near Chattanooga😃
If you don’t mind me asking you said clean romance a lot. What does that mean exactly?
Valid question! Sorry I wasn’t more clear :) “clean” would just mean it’s more of a closed door romance without any “smut” as readers call it. 🤭 I read a bit of everything but have a lot of friends who don’t want to have even a hint of “open door” so I try to give those content warnings :)

Yes! That’s the movie I was trying to think of 😂
In my opinion you don't need to read Chestnut Springs before Wild Love.
Thank you!! Finally a response about it 😂
I hate going into books with disappointing reviews too 🫠🫠🫠 such a bummer
