I've never realized how many parallels there are between Cersei/Sansa. And when I asked Colin to collab he suggested we do these two freakin' queens. And I think it turned out wonderful. Colin, you're amazing. Thank you for putting up with my SVP glitching and being horrible, lol.

Sansa is Cersei but with morals and a bigger heart... once she trusts you. I'm still beyond angry Cersei never saw her in season 8. All the parallels, the snide remarks about Sansa when she was under Cersei's wing... all the buildup for nothing?? I was waiting so long for Cersei to see her again and realize how much she underestimated her, and I'm forever gonna be angry we didn't get that. 😡

me too! it was the only season 8 “reunion” i wanted that i didn’t get. and i wanted to see it the most. i wanted to see cersei’s reaction to how much she’s grown as a person. for her to give some snide remark and for sansa to shut her down immediately lol
This was one major miss for me too. They deserved a chance to face off, one last time.
I guess when the witch said that there comes another, she really put the emphasis on *another*. Sans was never meant to be the queen of the seven.
but she already made real change happen, sansa went to war against her ex, went to man she hate to save the man she loves durin battle of the bastards, and john beat the snot out of ramsey, but sansa decided his final fate
sansa was born to rule and good at it, she has good heart, head nad patience for her crzy family her people nad politcs and actualy enjoys it, she belongs on the throne with tyrion, and sandor as her queens guard, she would rule it right, grant everyone their indepdence, and only rule in kings landing
OH MY GOD so I knew there were a lot of parallels between them but good lord it’s something else entirely to see it rendered like this. This is so dark and twosty and makes me see Sansa’s evolution in a new light. I never realized just how much of her vengefulness and possessiveness could be read as her emulating Cersei, who was her model for how powerful (and terrifying) a queen and leader could be. The way y’all begin and end the video with Sansa expressing admiration for Cersei wAs excellent. Sansa eyeing Dany and Cersei eyeing Marjory was such an eerie parallel. And Cersei saying “it’s all fallen on me,” with Sansa looking up; she did spearhead the effort to retake the north. Before Jon agreed, she was the one urging him and saying she wanted his help, but she’d take back the north with or without him. It also feels like there’s something to Cersei saying she’d rather fight and die than submit and die. It reminds me of Sansa saying she’d sooner kill herself than let Ramsey Bolton make her his prisoner again.
Even IF Sansa wasn’t meant to be the other from the prophecy, there were so many parallels and similarities to Cersei and Sansa. Their relationship mattered so much to the story, and the fact we were robbed of seeing then reunite one last time makes me so angry! It’s not even fan service, these are story elements that should have been included but D&D were in such a rush to end it they neglected them.

holy SHIT y’all absolutely killed this! the way you both were able to show how similar sansa and cersei are and yet how they are each other’s foil at the same time was absolutely mindblowing. the text and effects were fan-fucking-tastic and so aesthetically pleasing...I’m still really disappointed that they never got a reunion because I feel like that scene would’ve been fascinating to watch and lena and sophie would’ve slayed it. anyways, i think I’ve found my new favorite GoT video, this was simply stunning 😍

And this video right here, is why the ending makes literally no sense. They're too similar to one another which means their motives were too. I always thought she was supposed to take her down, but not in the same snake way she did, More of the same. Thanks for making a video that showed as such it's about time some people did. Absolutely brilliant! There are numerous things about the final season that annoy me, not getting a Sansa/Cersei reunion is high on that list! I so desperately wanted Cersei to see just how much she had underestimated Sansa, and for Sansa to really see how much she had learned from Cersei.

Love Cersei and Sansa relationship, Cersei saw herself in sansa, and became her second mom,sansa and Cersei both daughters of proper families , told to be perfect and told they marry a prince, they were both excited about it, but reality hit them hard, who raised themselves and were ignored by their fathers who had their fav, and ignored the rest,
but history wise sansa is Anne Neville, and Cersei is Margaret of Anjou, and Joffrey is Edward prince ofwales

The music is a little bit louder than voices, as for me, BUT it's still a masterpiece and I can barely handle the beauty of this clip. Parallels are also amazing, even ingenious. Sansa-Cersei line is one of my favourite in this show, it was a pitty than this women have never met since Sansa's escape from KL... and here we have THIS and this is a brilliant gift for fans.
