Hello Kristy! I am very sceptical of most acquisitions, as 70% fail to generate shareholder value for the acquiring company. Various factors can cause a deal that looked good on paper to fail: integration issues, cultural incompatibility, business or accounting problems that have been hidden, key staff leaving... I love your finance videos, but I think you should also make more career-related and personal videos. career related video would be something like What it takes to be a CFO, pros and cons of being one, etc. And a more personal would be more like "What it's like to work in finance in the Netherlands" pros and cons, etc. Just a suggestion.
