This same thing happened with me. I went to change carbons. He fitted it to the bike but with reversed polarity. The motor spins but could start the engine. I came home, researched a little on the internet. Then i removed the self motor myself, saw that the lines didn't match. So i did the same as you did and boom it started the engine. Next day i went to the mechanic and paid him ( i didn't pay him earlier) and explained him the process. From that day onwards i service my self motor at home (the incident made me learn about it)

Bhai meri pasi clasic 2019 model hai. Usme ek problem ati hai. Jab gadi start karke or 1 ger datte hai tab jakta or avaj ati hai.
Or gadi garm gone ke bad N pe nahi ati 1 me chlajay ya 2 chlajata hai.
Pz.. Bhaya kya pomlem hogi bteana.
Chumbak positive and negetive hi chipakti hain.. same polarity nahi chipakti...

Ji when the engine is on. in neutral the clutch side the sound is coming like tak tak tak...when we hold the clutch lever the sound is not coming. Why ? I listened this sound from all the uce engines. Please tell .
