I approve of this recipe. But hear me out. 1. Add some ghee roasted cashews, raisins and sliced almonds into the rice 2. For the tomato puree you made for rice, you gotta make it more liquidy, should've added more tomatoes and squeeze of half lemon. 3. Be creative, you can add some cornflour and all purpose flour to the marinated chicken and deep fry it (it is a variant here in India, oven roasted is one, deep fried is one, and tandoori chicken is one, and chicken with a lot of shorba is one) Good job dear brother. May Allah give a lot of barakah in your life.
