However, it's important to conduct a review of the legal documents pertaining to the land. The execution of a Deemed or Lease Deed signifies the transfer of ownership rights, but this is only for period of 99 years. However, if the developer fails to do so then society members have the option to initiate and complete the conveyance via Deemed Conveyance process on their own.     सर आमची 100 रहिवासी सोसायटी आहे आणी आम्ही लिसी आहोत, आमची जगा मुंबई महानगरापालिकेचा इस्टेट डिपार्टमेंट ची आहे, स्टॅम्प ड्युटी मुळे महापालिकेने अजून ती स्वतः चा नावे केलेली नाही, आमचा लिज झाला अजून झाला नाही, पण आम्ही वार्षिक 1 रुपया लिज भरीत आहोत आणी त्याची रिटासर पावती देखील आहे, तर आमचा डिम्ड कनव्हेन्स होईल का

    साहेब मी क 😂जेष्ठ नागरिक आहे,मी कल्याण पश्चिम येथे राहतो,शासनाच्या ना ज क अधिनियम 1976अन्वये योजने नुसार पूर्व परवानगी शिवाय जमीन हस्तांतर बंदी असा सोसायटीच्या 7/12 वर नोंद आहे,जमीन मालक व विकासक याकडे लक्ष देत नाहीत,त्यामुळे तहसीलदार कार्यालय कल्याण यांनी सोसायटीच्या नावे 7/12 करण्यास हरकत घेतली आहे,या करिता आपली मदत होईल ही विनंती आहे.
    तसेच आपला फोन नंबर देणे हि विनंती.

      डिम कनव्हेंसला प्रकरण टाका.डिम कनव्हेंस करीता सोसायटी चा ठराव करा.आता नविन gr प्रमाणे एका महीन्यात सोसायटी च्या नावाने 7/12 चढतो.तहसीलदारला हरकत घ्यायचा सबंधच येणार नाही.डिम ठाणे वरुन होते..

In this case deemed lease can be done but we have to check the documents of yours that are done with Mumbai govt officials so without going through at legal papers we cannot comment.
