I think because of the language barrier he is most likely referring to Volkanovski’s size overall. He’s shorter than Ilia. Volk is a champ for a reason, however, Ilia is a well rounded fighter, and he does have a good chance against Volk. It would be an amazing fight.

I love this kid, 26 years old, evolving every fight, looks like a future champ in the making, but right now if he would face Volk, I think it will surprise people how uncompetitive that fight would look in my opinion, Volk looks absolutely perfect everywhere, I don't see how Ilia beats him in any way at this point so young in his career.
