why does no one use the calf kick against topuria - he's so heavy on that front leg? Volk also has length in his arms . . . keep the fight long, stay away from those hooks and upper cuts. work the legs and take him into the later rounds - volk can go jab for jab and win that battle take the decision.

Bro I haven't seen Topuria this friendly, you can tell he really respects you because his guards are down in this video. Every other interview Topuria is short, concise, composed, sharp, calm and collected like a hawk. I hope Volk wins but Topuria is a good dude.

Absolutely, and I think part of that is because he respects Michael and he doesn't feel the need to put his guards up. He invited Michael to his party and said he's gonna look after him too.
How cant he. Bisping is a legend of the sport and still on top on his actual role. He also respects Volk. If Ilia can teach a lesson that would be to be mentally strong. He doesnt mention family, religion, kids, but Im telling you spanish trashtalk is on another level even cruel if you take it seriously you are lost.

I don’t know much about Topuria, haven’t watched any of his fights. I have only seen videos of him, that make him seem arrogant & smug, but after watching this interview, it seems as though its a part act, part real, but he actually seems like a good bloke. As an Aussie, I’m praying Volk wins, but I can see these two having a good rivalry, similar to Volk/Max.

Back in the '80s, my dad was a bodybuilder and he also drank some wine the day before the show. Made him sleep well and dehydrate during the night. Ofcourse, he didn't have to fight for life and death the next day... he just needed to pose.
So the wine part makes sense for me.
