I'm the cruise control engineer that did the original Harley application, and later helped on the BMW K bikes. Is it the case here that if you are using cruise, and pull in the clutch, the engine will just rev up as the bike slows? Not good.

no, clutch doesnt deactivate it but increasing throttle does (according to the website)
