What a beautiful sounding synth. I'm loving this thing. As a Bitwig advocate, and not an Abelton guy, this new release has actually got me really excited. I might switch

I love this take. Curious, as someone who has never used Bitwig before, what are you most excited about in Live 12?
@@robertgarvansnyder4665the new midi tools and midi Generators. Man oh man!!! Also, just the new stuff as to how to trigger clips (or what ever they're called in Abelton) the whole thing feels like they took the best stuff from FL studio and Bitwig and something unique from the combination of feature concepts. Also, to be honest, the Max For Live thing has always had me salivating. I know that the Bitwig's grid is powerful, but Max For Live reminds me way more like Reaktor and UVI Flacon's Lua scripting. I'm not much of a programmer, but I know max for live has tons of goodies, and I want to get into making things in that environment. Lastly, the support and resources for Abelton vs Bitwig is like a hundred to one. So yeah, I'm going to get it. (when I can afford it in April) This version really resonates with me, and has all the features that I love in FL and Bitwig, but just done in a better means for my workflow
@@robertgarvansnyder4665 I think I'm enjoying the MIDI editing and transformations, as well as the scale awareness stuff in the MIDI Effects the most. Roar is really cool too. I'm interested to see how some actual real world music making feels with these new tools.

I don't think it's been determined, but I believe the goal is early 2024.

I'd say so! Also, Granulator 3 is a good one for drones.

that filter fx is pretty dang awesome, really awesome , unusual movements, easy way to create textures for sure, I'm excited
