Good tutorial. But annoying background graphics make it hard to watch.

I stopped using them after others complained. Can't change it retroactively, I'm afraid.

That’s ok. I noticed on your other vids you changed it.
I’m old so my eyesight isn’t that good and I couldn’t see where the mouse pointer was with those lines.
Anyway keep up the good tutorials. Thanks.

Are you planning to release a preset pack for purchase? Please say yes 🙂

I am strongly considering it, but I've got lots of other things planned and would be much more interested to make Roar presets. Not sure if I'd be able to make a pack before summer.

I'm very rarely make negative comments on social media but this video is unwatchable for me thanks to the vintage effect... sorry.

Well, thanks for the feedback. Interesting though that that keeps you from the actual content of the video. when compared to so many videos out there.

@@sonicbloomtutsI don’t think it’s a aesthetic preference issue, I think a good number of people actually get dizzy and can’t watch with constant movement. Like I can’t read in cars, but no problem on planes and trains. I’ll literally through up in a car of someone asks me to read. We have to stop, lol. Anyway, I’ve had comments about minimal scroll or shake effects on some of my music videos, similar issues, so I just backed off the effect and problem solved. Great vid. 🤙🏽😎🖤🕺

A very informative video as usual, but I’ve got to say I don’t like the film defects visual effect, it’s quite distracting.

Thanks for the feedback. So you'd prefer a coloured still background?

@@sonicbloomtuts I would, keep it plain and simple so it’s easier to concentrate on the device.

I've been kind of underwhelmed with Meld. I have also found that it spikes like crazy on the CPU on my M1 Pro. Hope that is stabilized by the time release comes.

At the moment I prefer Drift as a recently added synth. I haven't looked deeper into Meld yet though, so I also can't say much about CPU spikes. That's not good to have on such a new computer.

@@sonicbloomtuts I’ve seen the same spikes on the Max processors as well. I think it’s code and I am hoping it will be stabilized. I do like the modulation matrix on it though.

Ableton Synth are even getting better over the time. This one seems to have to offer a lot of fun. Great intro by You!!!

Thank you. I currently prefer Drift over Meld, but then I've spent a lot more time with Drift so far. So this assessment might change.

Let's be honest make a lot of preset useful ones to produce music fast. Nowadays our track resists 30 days on Beatport and not more than this on Spotify. I can't waste time preparing presets ableton need to do for us. Industry ones, you know what I mean?
Don't give a shit for originality because it is dead... a long time ago.
Steal like an artist, sample everyone everywhere, and may one of your tracks make a little hole in this immense wall of influencers and rebuyers that manipulate the charts and playlists. Sorry, I didn't want to be rude just realistic for the new folks.

Small minded view towards music and artistry in general... what you're saying only holds true if you're making music just for the purposes of monetary gain
