I've been waiting for this! Thank you! Also a surreal feeling when I saw my name! This is pure Gold information. I'll be re-watching this and returning to it the future to refresh my memory. Sync to visible range is a game changer! the workflow its super helpful and touching on the NLA editor is what I've been needing. I've gotten to the step I need it and use it if I really have to. It helps when I can figure it out this helps a lot. But its quirks are confusing!!!! I'll embrace it now! I've wasted hours looking for the information you gave so perfectly in just a few minutes . And awesome tips at the end! Thanks again!

One thing about the NLA editor that personally annoys me in a major way is that it's one of the last places in Blender with a CONSISTENT crash point, at least on my end. Maybe it's something wonky with my setup but still.
If you move more than one strip at a time, it crashes Blender. Consistently.

As always, incredible content and 100% relatable, after a lot of failed animations I decided to stop pursuing human animation, but I might return to it with this tips. (You can see my horrible animation attempts in my 1 year progression vid), btw I also tried to automatically animate hand movements with kinda IK but for the fingers, it didn't result as expected but maybe you coyld talk a little bit more about automatic animation
